Ever thought of owning your own little piece of a vineyard and producing your own unique wine? Now you can own a piece of rolling vineyard producing lovely wine, nestled in the picturesque contryside of Slovakia.

Wine has been made on Slovak territory since as far back as the 7th century B.C. Its viticultural history overlaps with that of Austria, one of the world's greatest wine-producing nations, and of Hungary, a stalwart producer of quality wines, along with some high-end boutique ones. Slovakia's southern wine regions lie on the same latitude as Burgundy and Alsace in France. Slovakia's potential is endorsed by the prestigious Oxford Companion to Wine. One recent edition stated that, "Slovakia's wines show very good fruit character...Slovakia produce wines of distinctly fine quality."

The Château's vineyard, nestled amongst the rolling hills and countryside beyond The Château, is being divided into are's (100m² plots), which will each produce between 40 to 50 litres of wine each year.

The Château's vineyard will be leased for fixed terms of between 3 and 99 years, and the cost per annum, including production of the wine, will be 150 -Sk (cca £3) per m². Your very own, unique wine will therefore be cultivated and produced by The Château for approximately 300 -Sk (cca £6) a litre.
